Dear COAA Members and Friends,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the annual COAA SCC workshop on Saturday, September 6, 2014, 10:30am, at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, San Diego. The theme of this workshop is: The Passion of Young Scientists, which features graduate student and post-doctoral scholar presentations highlighting their research accomplishment and exchanging their research ideas with colleagues from various institutes.

Please note all presentations, limited to 10-minutes, should be tailored specifically to make the work understandable to a non-expert audience.
Awards will be given to the top three best presentations selected by a 5-judge panel.

Pizza will be served for Lunch, and a Dinner Party will be held at a nearby beach pier after the workshop.

The following fees will be collected at the reception, which includes both lunch and dinner cost, as well as the automatic enrollment and renewal of your COAA annual membership.

€       Student members: $5.00 (membership fee) + $10
€       Non-Student members: $10.00 (membership fee) + $10
€       COAA family members: $20.00
€       All other non-members: $25
